Easy to use live chat (live support) application for e-commerce web site owners. Chat one-on-one with visitors to your web site when they click on your 'chat now' image. Instant visual/audio notification to alert you of incoming chat.
HOW IT WORKS:
a) Visit http://www.GotLiveChat.com and click on the FREE TRIAL link to get an operator username/password.
b) Add the 'chat now' image button to your web site.
c) Log in as an operator using this application. This application will constantly check to see if anyone is requesting to chat with you (which is done by the web site visitor clicking on your 'chat now' image button).
REQUIREMENTS:
a) Internet access to poll our server to watch for incoming chats to your web site. Can be used over cellular network or WIFI
