The Analytik Jena PCR Control App features the control of the following Biometra thermal cyclers:
- Biometra TOne
- Biometra TAdvanced
- Biometra TRIO
The PCR Control App offers the following features:
- Live monitoring of PCR program runs on the network-integrated thermal cyclers
- Start and stop of PCR protocols saved on the thermal cycler
- Notification system for monitoring status changes on selected blocks of a thermal cycler
- Store PCR protocols on the terminal device. These can be stored on a PC using a USB cable
- Copy PCR protocols from the terminal device to a selected thermal cycler
- Readout of device-specific parameters
- Readout of thermal cycler error messages
