This app was created with a simple aim of just relaxing your nerves when the anxiety takes over your mind. Sometimes a whirlwind of thoughts come all at once in your mind, then a little breather might help. Nothing fancy, just a simple 5 minute timer with a record of when you took some time for meditation. No ads, no reminders, no sound, nothing which might distract you or make you feel guilty for not doing meditation. Works completely offline. No ads, no in-app purchases and will always remain free.
The whole point is to live in the moment and do the work which you are currently doing with love.
