This is the first free production version of the application. SATEL NETCO Mobile allows easy-to-use configuration of the SATEL Compact-4BT radio modem. To actually make use of the application you will need to have at least one SATEL Compact-4BT radio modem and a Bluetooth-connection. The application itself provides two options for connecting to the modem: a Bluetooth and a TCP/IP-connection. The TCP/IP connection option is mainly reserved for future use in the upcoming SATEL products and versions.
This application version has three components: Configuration, RSSI ( Received signal strength) monitor and Battery status and a Charging monitor.
The Configuration component allows users to read settings from a modem, inspecting and modifying them, and saving the changes back to the modem.
With RSSI monitor it is possible to constantly monitor the received signal strength for example to find the optimal placement location for the radio modem.
Battery and charging status function reports the battery voltage and the current charging status.
