AC Live QA

AC QA Live allows the user to perform Quality Assurance capture, mainly for outdoor items, such as signs, posters, litter etc. The user can select the type of QA action being performed, choose from a selected set of criteria, take photographs, and add comments. These are uploaded automatically to the ActiveConnex back-end system, where the details by list or by map can be displayed easily.
The application links tightly to the ActiveConnex suite of software, and can only be used with an approved activation code.
From the back-end, the user can view the status, update the status (if changed), view the photographs etc. This allows for better centralised control. For example, at a large outdoor event, there can be many people doing QA checks on perimeter fences, toilet facilities, access control etc. Each user may have their own opinion on what constitutes a major issue, and by taking photographs of the issue, people at the central office can view the reports from each person, and make a decision on which items need to be addressed first.
The result is a far better deployment of resources and ensures that the top priiority items are addressed first.
