MyFile-IT f is a free cloud based document management system. It is designed to give you peace of mind with your important documents such as medical releases, physical forms, permission slips, and etc. These documents are accessible 24/7/365 in the case of an emergency. MyFile-IT insures that an organization's teachers, coaches and medical staff always have access to documents and forms. How it Works
For an Organization (Schools, Clubs, Events);
It is free of charge for a organization to sign up for MyFile-IT. In fact, organization can receive reward commissions.
1) The Organization will inform their participants about using MyFile-IT. The participants will download the free app from either Apple, Android, or the Window's store. The participants will be able to take unlimited personal pictures of their documents or forms. They will be able to index and save them for free but, they will need to purchase an annual share key for $3.99 from MyFile-IT to share documents and forms with Coaches / Teachers / Staff.
2) The Organization will receive a reward commission for all participants that purchase a share key and share their
documents with your organization first.
For the User (Parents & Kids, and other Adults);
Download the mobile app and sign-up. Using your mobile device, take pictures of all the appropriate documents. After capturing the document or form, identify the documents and share with organizations. To share documents and files you have to purchase an annual share key for $3.99. In the case of an emergency, you may share the documents first and pay later.
