In order to win you have to shoot a ball at two balls or more of the same color, try to play smart to make balls unatached fall, beware of the rows that are being added after a number of shots depending on the difficulty. You can see the next ball on the left and the score on the right, every fallen ball adds 5 points to your score, and if a ball sticks you lose 5 points.
