Offline Translator is a freeware Android application which helps you to translate vocabulary using free offline dictionary files (therefore no roaming charges abroad)!
IMPORTANT: Please read the getting started instructions!

Please note that I work on this project in my free time only!
On some phones the app is unable to import the very large EN-DE and DE-EN dictionaries due to lack of memory.
In this case use the import via PC (http://dicticc.wiki-lab.net/pc).
