The app automatically upload new pictures and images from the device to the album Vk (vkontakte). The album is created automatically, privacy settings should be set manually (by default - accessible to all). You can setup sync only with wi-fi, in any type of network, or disable it altogether.
You can see all the images contained on the device and in the Vk for the current user
