The Recollections Connect app has been developed specially for authorised retailers who work with Recollections Jewellery.
Used in combination with a fingerprint scanner plugged into your device's USB port, you can quickly and easily take a fingerprint and send it is instantly sent securely to Recollections.
A history of the last 100 items is available to view from within the app, and devices can be used 'offline' whereby prints are stored ready to be sent when an Internet connection is available.
When installing this app for the first time, please visit the Help & FAQs section, locate the troubleshooting question relating to prints not being sent, and follow the instructions to 'Request Access'.
