Card Engine: Creator is a tool created to rapidly produce and prototype cards. It is fairly minimalist, with the goal of allowing you to quickly create rule sets, without having to put in the time required to do it by hand.
You'll be able to use the virtual tabletop to quickly create simple cards that can be moved, copied, edited, and deleted.
