‘The Green farms’ aims at providing nutritious and farm fresh veggies to city dwellers.
‘The Green Farms’ has been started by a group people who hail from farming background. We have tied up with several farmers in Kolar (Karnataka) and directly purchase vegetables from these farmers at a fixed price and deliver them to customers the very same day. There are no middle men involved in The Green Farms and hence the cost is optimised.
‘The Green Farms’ has been founded to address the supply-demand gap between the farmers and the consumers. The Green Farms has created it's own selling and buying platform where farmers can sell their fruits and vegetables to at a fixed price and we in turn sell these products to our customers at a price lower than market price, thereby creating a Win-Win situation for both farmers and consumers.
The Green Farms offers unique combos of vegetables where each basket contains small quantity of 4 different vegetables rich in different vitamins and minerals. The Green Farms uses eco-friendly materials for packaging, we never refrigerate any of the produce and it is our endeavour to reduce our carbon footprint to the extent possible.
