West Virginia University's Personal Rapid Transit (PRT) system services its campuses in Morgantown....sometimes. This app notifies and helps keeps you updated when it goes down, while providing some other handy things like the current weather from the downtown campus, a direct line to call PRT support, and a homescreen widget. Settings also allow you to customize when and how you receive notifications.
