- استراحة لمدة 5 دقائق.
بعد 4 بومودورو (Pomodoros)، يتم تخصيص استراحة أخرى من خلال منبه بومودورو لكن هذه المرة لمدة أطول ( مابين 15 و 20 دقيقة).
تم عمل هذا التطبيق باستخدام تقنية البومودورو أو البومودورو تكنيك, و المعروفة كذلك بتفنية الطماطم.
