Vietnamese in California is a group who has several years of experience in teaching U.S. history, civics, and the naturalization process to lawful permanent residents so that they can be well prepared for the U.S. Citizenship Naturalization Test.
We make this app to help you to practice almost everything for the test, which currently includes 100 Civics Questions and Answers, N400 questions, and sample practices for Reading and Writing test.
For 100 Civics Questions, we provide the newest answers for all 50 States in the U.S., and we will continue to update those answers in the future releases if there is any changes. Besides that, the app also includes audio so you don't have to worry about how to pronounce the name of your U.S. Senator or Governor.
For N400 portion, we currently put almost 200 explanations for the vocabularies in N400 forms, which now becomes the hardest part for most of U.S. Citizenship applicants. We will continues to add more questions in the future as needed.
For Reading and Writing portion, we provides 60 sample questions and answers using official Reading and Writing Vocabularies released from USCIS. The questions are for Reading, and the answers are for Writing. Many of those questions and answers were collected from real exams, so please practice them carefully before the test.
The Listen portion in the app is for you to study, and the Quiz portion is for you to evaluate yourself to see how much knowledge you got. Please take some time on the Listen section before doing the Quiz.
Both Listen and Quiz portion let you to choose the level. The harder level will give you lesser time to think and give your answers, so please begin with the easy first. If you need translator, then you can use the Translation button in the Listen section. We currently support translation for Vietnamese, Chinese, Spanish, and Filipino. We will continue to update more language translations in the future releases. You can choose your mother language in the Listen Menu screen, then you can go back and forth between that language and English by clicking on Translation button. The Quiz section is for testing your knowledge so we do not include translator for it.
While we try all our best to test the app on multiple devices, there is no guarantee that it can run smoothly on everyone devices, so please give us a feedback if you got any issues in using the app so that we can fix them in the futures. We really appreciate your contributions.
