App will allow users to press a button when they deploy the Mobile Arena.
The app will notify hunters when there are:

Ten Second remaining on the Mobile Arena
2.
A countdown from 5 seconds to indicate the Expired Arena
3.
Ten Second notification for Mobile Arena Availability (Cooldown)
4.
Notification when the Mobile Arena is available
