Easy Running Program lets you create personalized training programs, tested by some well-known winning athletes. The goal of the program can be chosen from: Begin to run, Road Race 10K, Half Marathon, Marathon. The user enters his personal data such as age, height, weight, personal bests, experience, weekly training days (from 2 to 5), effort. Then the personalized program can be purchasen at a low price, it is two months long and it's saved on the chosen Calendar. The training program does not replace the work of a qualified trainer, but it is only an advice for trainers or inexperienced runners.
