Situation #1
Your phone is charging right now. If you are not seeing the percentage, you probably charging it even at 100%. So, this small application run in background to check your battery percentage and give a sound alert when reaching high percentage.
Situation #2
You are working with your table/phone. If the work really important that makes you forgot the battery already exhausting and suddenly your tablet/phone shutting down. So, this small application run in background to check your battery percentage and give a sound alert when reaching low percentage.
-Do your work while do not have to check your battery.
