The app calculates U values of materials and construction assemblies using the Passivhaus methodologies and calculations.
The app calculates U values for Walls, Floors, Ceilings and Roofs and allows you to input your own materials rather than searching for them in a table and takes account of underground & rain screen construction.
Developed for iOS and Android, the U Value Calculator also gives resulting Rse and Rsi thermal resistance values (interior & exterior) in accordance with DIN EN 6946 Section 5, Chart 1.
The app is not supported or endorsed by the Passivhaus Institute, does not replace the U value calculations in PHPP and is for information purposes only e&oe.
