The My Account App lets you easily track your mobile usage, on the go.
✔Simple log in using your mobile number and 6-digit PIN
✔Pay your Postpaid bill (when there is a bill ready for payment).
✔ Use a nickname instead of your service number.
✔ Check your mobile phone usage on the go.
✔ View your Postpaid included value, excluded usage, rollover and data usage.
✔ View your Prepaid included value and data balance.
✔ Check usage between multiple mobile services.
✔ View any Data Rewards that you have
✔ ‘Remember me’ function means that you don’t have to log in each time the App is opened. Please note: if ‘Remember me’ is enabled and someone else uses your phone - with or without your permission - they will have access to your Virgin Mobile account via the App.
