Unfortunately, the Ender Dragon added to the game with 0.17.0 update, can be neither driven nor tamed. However, this drawback is easily corrected by free addon for MCPE Driveable Dragon.
You should find the Ender Dragon first before you ride it. You can look for it in the End or make it easier using the /summon dragon ~ ~ ~ command.
Riding this creature in this MCPE mod requires obtaining two items: Diamond Sword and Diamond. The first one influences on the flight's direction, the second one increases speed. The Ender Dragon flies fast enough anyway to get you anywhere in the game universe!
This Minecraft addon is only compatible with 0.17.0 version of the game.
