In India, colleagues travel for business within various locations such as sales executives traveling within or out of their sales areas; manufacturing colleagues traveling to various plant or vendor location. In addition, there are visitors and official guests who visit Mondelez offices in Mondelez House and Joy House. During these travels and visits, the safety of our colleagues and visitors is paramount to Mondelez India. Safety is fundamental to the success of our business and part of our annual business plan. Currently, any incidents on any Mondelez India premise are addressed by the dedicated onsite alarm response team as well as the Central Monitoring Service(CMS) located in Mondelez House.
MESAFE app addresses the safety incidents that occur while a colleague is traveling for any type of Mondelez business via the unique Distress button and algorithms that have been build to send quick emails, push notifications, SMSes and notification on whats app.
