Dual Memo is a lightweight voice recorder and text pad. You can easily choose between a voice memo and a text memo in the action bar.
The text pad portion allows you to change font size for easy viewing. The voice recorder section allows you to choose between 3GPP and MPEG4 file formats from settings.
