Barna Pata supports typing in both Odia and english letters in android phones. For this purpose, It has two keyboards :
Eng (english) and ଓଡିଆ
keyboards. ଓଡିଆ ଓ ଇଂରାଜି ଅକ୍ଷର ରେ ଚାବି ବର୍ଣ୍ଣପଟ୍ଟ
ରେ ଅଛି |
Further, The Eng (english) keyboard layout has two modes. The "E-ଓ" ( English key -> ଓଡିଆ ଅକ୍ଷର ) and “E-E” ( English Key->English letter)
modes.
ଇଂରାଜି ଚାବି ଟିପି ଓଡିଆ ଅକ୍ଷର ମଧ୍ୟ ଲେଖିହବ, ଯଥା: (
Typing in E-ଓ mode is easy. For example: )
“shriihari”
transliterate to “ଶ୍ରୀହରି” .
bidyaa = ବିଦ୍ୟା
ବର୍ଣ୍ଣପଟ୍ଟ Setup consists of two steps:
1. Press the "ବର୍ଣ୍ଣପଟ୍ଟ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା" button to enable the keyboard.
2. Press the "ବର୍ଣ୍ଣପଟ୍ଟ ସକ୍ରିୟ" button to activate the keyboard as default.
