As one of the initial developers of the savings groups performance management tool (Management Information System – MIS) which allows savings group programs to track and assess group financial performance, operational efficiency and member satisfaction, CARE in partnership with ViewWorld have developed this Smartphone app which enables the collection and upload of the MIS data for savings groups. This app is appropriate for savings groups implementers looking to increase efficiencies in MIS data collection and submission as well as reducing data quality issues. CARE is the leader in savings led microfinance and works across sub-Saharan Africa through the Access Africa program with the goal of scaling up the VSLA approach and ensuring that millions are on the pathway to financial inclusion.
To use this app you must be associated with CARE, and must obtain a username and password from CARE.
