The maximum file size is 4 MB.
The file number limit is 131,072 lines.
Lite version : Confirmation cord input is necessary every 3 times.
Ver1.1 Fixed bug that read line which include LF(0X0A) in item.
Ver1.2 Fixed bug that UTF16 function. Add function that convert file.
Ver1.3 Add function that convert csv file which saved by Excel on Mac.
