The mission of Hope Matters non-profit is to give a voice and coping tools for families facing life’s difficult journeys.
Community outreach, educational resources, and awareness events, all serve to support families coping with dementia, cancer, and military deployment. The gifts of compassion, love and patience shine through our Neighborhood Memory Cafes, The Stocking Project, Annual Senior Prom and Military Family Events. We are equipping carriers of hope for generations to come!
