Spiraldesk allows process implementation even when there are external stakeholders involved (outside of the main client/corporate entity). For instance, travel/BFSI (say insurance)/ tourism are common industries where there are external stakeholders (agents) involved who need to work with the corporate from time to time for customer engagement or any other requirement. At times, they may have their own communication/ ticketing
platform which makes integration with the parent corporate entity infeasible.
Spiraldesk has also helped bring multiple internal communication tools into a common platform. This is helpful in a conglomerate with multiple subsidiaries.
