On some phones, recording the voice of the caller is not supported ...
that's why our application offers you to call hands free ... just check the option in preferences or switch to hands free during the call.
Some phones do not support the recording of the telephone line bluetooth.
This is a manufacturer driver problem. Do not hesitate to contact us to find a solution.
