About Block Warriors:
Block Warriors is played by four players and consists of a board with 20x20 squares. Each player has twenty one unique block pieces. Every turn a player places a block piece on the board. A new block piece can only be placed to a corner of players own pieces, and can not touch the sides of another piece owned by the player. The goal of the game is to have the highest score possible by placing as many block pieces as possible.
Strategies & Tactics:
Block Warriors is a turn-based tactical strategy game, so each player must have a clear plan and strategy all the time during game play. Each place should be placed strategically, and if possible push opponents to make a mistake, or block their block pieces on the board.
One strategy is to go for the center of the board by using bigger block pieces. Another strategy is to go from the sides, and close the gap between the left and right opponents. A good tactic is placing a block piece where a player can find an opening behind enemy pieces. When players reach mid game all of their bigger pieces should already be placed on the board. A new strategy should be devised where to place the remaining smaller pieces.
