3. With On screen widget, you can turn flashlight on/off.
4. JellyBean(4.2) - Kitkat(4.4) Users can use lockscreen widget.

2)Slide lockscreen upper - side until find [ ].
3) Touch the [ ] button.
4) Find Smart Widget Flashlight app icon.
5) You can turn flashlight on/off On Lockscreen.
