With this app we give out personalised programs to your own specific goal, where we can track progress through program sheets, body measurements, progress photos and daily nutritional tracking sheets. We cover all aspects of training and we provide services for all types of fitness levels ,from the beginner athlete to the advanced athlete. Personal Training is also available for Cairns (Australia) residents.
