This application lets you apply some rules in formatting the phone numbers of contacts from your device. For now there are only two rules:
1) Remove any formatting
i.e.: (99) 1234-5678 -> 9912345678
2) If the phone has x digits then keep the last y
i.e.: 10 to 8: 9912345678 -> 12345678
