Ender Chest Mod for Minecraft Pocket (MCPE) are in fact a block which originates from the PC version of Minecraft. Basically what it does is that it allows chests to be linked. If you put a couple of items in an Ender Chest which is located at your house and then go to another Ender Chest which is located in your mineshaft both of the chests will be sharing the same items. It’s kind of a teleportation mechanism for the items in the Ender Chests.
