This app is a shortcut to the VPN Section under Settings. There is no interface, tapping on the icon will directly take you to the settings screen.
##THIS IS ONLY A SHORTCUT, ALL YOU SEE IS YOUR OWN SETTINGS APP, so don't ask me for things like password or how to set up a VPN.
