Messenger Proxy is a customised version of Telegram integrating the circumvention tool Psiphon.
There's also an option to use without Psiphon. If you have problems logging in using Psiphon, you can switch it off at the Login screen and turn it on after logging in.
Messenger Proxy has been developed to promote free access to information and to resist internet censorship in authoritarian states around the world.
