This application allows you to connect with a chair with sensor system and will show you how you usually sit. Depending on your characteristic postures, you will be advised a series of exercises to reduce as much as possible the consequences of sitting for a long time.
The application has two lists of exercises, basic and advanced. The basic exercises can be done in the same workplace while the advanced ones are exercises to be performed with some privacy.
If you usually spend a lot of hours a day seated, even if you do not have a chair with a sensor system, you can use this application to perform exercises that will always suit you, however in this case we do not know how you sit, so the exercises will not be personalized.
