Adds a very basic soft keyboard for Serbian Cyrillic input in Android.
This is an early attempt at providing Cyrillic keyboard for Android.
Nowadays there are plenty of quality alternatives, and Android itself supports Serbian Cyrillic well.
For this reason I do not plan to update this application.
