Register your complaint in just four easy steps:
1. Login into the app using your mobile no.
2. Go ahead to lodge a new complaint, by filling in the necessary details and you're live photograph.
3. After successful registration, you will get a tracking number. You will know the status of
any complaints, the officers assigned, whether or not the complaint is addressed, all against the tracking number.
4. Once the complaint is resolved, you can then send feedback with rating numbers
against the services provided.
