An information library that directs you to a wide range of information on the types of mental disorders and resources available. As a self-help tool the app has a mood recorder for the user to keeping track of their mood and a reminder function that assists with treatment compliance by notifying the user of when to take medication and of dates for follow-up medical appointments.
A human rights section which includes a list of rights and links to relevant policies and legislation in South Africa, along with a specific focus on psychosocial disability and equality in the workplace and education, and on stigma and discrimination. Other features include a facility to help users submit reports on human rights violations.
