IRON-X Link APP aims at providing necessary activity and sleep information in the self-management of health. IRON-X Link APP collects data from smart health watches via Bluetooth® transmission technology and automatically transmits the data to cloud-based servers.
There are two major analysis results provided in the IRON-X Link APP.
Activity Record -- This function analyzes types of daily activity through the collected data. The activity record fully presents users’ everyday activities, including walking steps, walking distance, calories burned, and activity intensity.
Sleep Record -- This function analyzes the time users go to bed, the time users are awake, users’ total sleep time, sleep efficiency, and sleep positions.
It brings back the memory which is often lost in the dark.
