It is an app for the lawyers or the litigants to calculate the Ad-Valorem court fees which is to be deposited in favour of Courts for filing of some suits. They get the correct calculation here easily by just putting the amount to be calculated on and they get the result otherwise there is are different tables for calculating them. There are some government website where you can deposit the amount and the link appears at the bottom of it you just have to click it and it will get you to that website.
