About our Business Development Conference, Repnology and Sales Management Forum
Our Business Development Conference, Repnology and Sales Management Forum is one of the commercial foodservice industry’s leading events, and it is the one venue for manufacturers’ sales representatives, and manufacturers, to meet with peers, learn new methods of doing business, discuss mutual solutions, compare their operations with others outside their immediate trading area, and gain new insights into trends and innovation. Our conference attracts 300 manufacturers’ representatives and 200 manufacturers.
Through 50+ unique session topic keynotes, breakout presentations, roundtables and panel discussions, the association seeks to generate new recommendations, tools and resources for furthering the representative and manufacturer method of sales and marketing in the foodservice industry.
Aside from our programs and sessions one of the most important aspects is the opportunity to share—sharing of ideas, of mutual challenges and individual successes that cannot be experienced to an extent that it can be at our conference. The conference is THE major networking event every other year, and often cited as one of the most important benefits of belonging to MAFSI.
ABOUT MAFSI
MAFSI is a 66 year-old non-profit trade association comprised of 270 independent manufacturers' representative sales companies and 260 manufacturing companies in North America selling, marketing and producing commercial foodservice equipment, supplies, tabletop and furnishings. Anything that goes into a restaurant or non-commercial foodservice establishment such as a school, hospital, stadium, prison, etc. that is not food or janitorial in nature.
Representing over 2,400 sales and marketing professionals and manufacturing executives across North America, MAFSI provides market forecasting, networking and partnership opportunities, industry stewardship, education and resources, and member advocacy for the $12 billion commercial foodservice equipment, supply, tabletop, and furniture industry.
