Gcare app is a useful application for
all customers who are Gionee mobile users. After successfully registering themselves
they can do the following operations:
1. Find the Gionee Service Centers nearby. This app with the help of GPS and google maps will find the service centers nearby from where this app is run provided the user has internet connectivity.
2. Check warranty of any Gionee handset with the help of IMEI number.
3. Track the service status of Gionee handset
by either giving IMEI number or job sheet code.
4. Give feedback of the Gionee service
or product.
