  There's no visible means of booking a future date, only an immediate taxi ride..?? Tried the process to do it but it ordered a taxi for me immediately & I had to cancel. Also the quotes can range with upto £5 difference. And we are told it may also be over that quote anyway. So quotes are pretty useless. And How does a customer know that the driver isn't going to always charge towards the top end of the quote anyway? Like I seem to have been.

  They're alright until you want to book from halesowen an no one wants to come an get you, even though theres 5 cars sitting around the base and none have moved in half an hour.

  Beware. the prices quoted are never correct. They will take payment after you arrive and charge you something totally different to what was quoted. I will complain to trading standards. better off using other well known taxi apps which charge exactly what was quoted.

  do not use these! booked a taxi at 4.45 for 5.15 told is was booked in... ended up standing and waiting in the cold for them to finally turn up at 5.50. bearing in mind they had been saying hes 2 minutes away for over 20 minutes. absolutely disgusting!!!
