  Woeful customer service. Car wouldn't start at pickup. Number provided leads you through a library of prerecorded messages. No response from their email so far either. Mechanical issues can be excused as a rare occurrence (has to happen to someone somewhere) but they failed utterly in making it right. We were still charged for the trip.

  App doesn't work properly.. Cars are not looked after and service is not the best.. So disappointed! Should see how other countries does that, like CityBee and it's way much cheaper and quality is more than 10 times better..

  The service is fantastic but the app is a bit of a letdown. It crashes a lot. When you exit the app and go back in, it crashes and your forced to quit the app and restart. When a car is damaged or dirty, you have to use the in-app camera to take photos which doesn't work all the time. Today, a mirror was missing from the car making the car dangerous/illegal to drive on the road. However, I had no way to cancel my booking unless I called them to get a refund. When I tried to take a picture of the damage, the app would crash.

  The app works well, it's easy to navigate and loads the pages quickly. I have used it from last July and never had a problem. I have just installed the update.

  My driver license still pending since my registration, I have contacted the support, nobody answer. I am giving up of go car app.
