So you think you've paid... It says you've paid... But you actually havnt. Worst. App. Ever. Unusable.

Terrible functionality. Eventually accepted defeat when it just wouldn't accept any booking.

App works fine, but there should be a feedback service where you can rate your hire and journey. 03.08.2019 pre book taxi for 8:20am and it arrives 15minutes late, no apology from the driver or explanation from driver, or even a call on why my hire is running late. I start work at 9am and i like to get there in good time, so im not straight into the action of things, i am very disappointed with todays service
